2022 NFL Futures | AFC North Win Totals

With the NFL season on the horizon, it is time that we dive into one of our favorite pastimes. We are officially in Team Win Total Season! Today we dive into the AFC North as we give you the winners!

AFC NORTH:

Cincinnati Bengals- 10 Wins: STAY AWAY

The Cincinnati Bengals surprised the NFL world by advancing to the Super Bowl one season ago. The Bengals feel like a team that would underperform in an encore performance in 2022. The issue I take with that mindset is that the Bengals feel like they are finding themselves.

The AFC North doesn't feel particularly strong heading into the 2022 season. The Bengals could win this division again, but ten wins is a high number. If the number drops to 9.5, I would pounce and take the over, but I would stay clear for now.

Pittsburgh Steelers- 7 Wins: OVER -125

Seven wins for the Pittsburgh Steelers feel insulting! This number is because the Steelers are transitioning at the QB position. The problem with that argument is if you watched Big Ben play in 2021, you know that the Pittsburgh Steelers won despite their quarterback play, not because of it.

I'm not sitting here pounding the table for Mitch Trubisky or Kenny Pickett, but I don't see how they are worse than Big Ben. You know that Mike Tomlin will have the Steelers prepared for every game. The Steelers will grind out an 8-9 win season. I would pound the OVER here.

Baltimore Ravens- 9.5 Wins: OVER -150

The Baltimore Ravens are my favorite play in the NFL in 2022. I am 'All-In' on a Baltimore Ravens resurrection in 2022. 

Everything that could have gone wrong did go wrong for the Baltimore Ravens in 2021. I believe the 2022 season will be a return to health along the offensive line and for the running back position. 

I am putting my money where my mouth is, putting down some cash on a Lamar Jackson MVP season. The Ravens will win the AFC North and will eclipse ten wins going away. HAMMER THE OVER!
