The Kansas City Chiefs' defensive front is a talented, deep group of pass-rushers. Justin Herbert will have to scratch and claw his way in this one, doing whatever he needs to. I believe this is one of the rare instances where we see the Chargers' QB use his legs.
The Chargers will be without Keenan Allen in this one. I know that Justin Herbert spread the ball around nicely a week ago, but to keep pace with the Chiefs, they will need to stretch the field vertically. I'll take the over on receiving yards on Big Mike Williams.
We saw a glimpse of the Chiefs' majestic play-calling around the goal-line against the Cardinals. No team in the league is as creative in their playcalling as are Andy Reid and the Chiefs. Mahomes is red-hot to start the season. Take the Over.
JuJu Smith-Schuster is a mainstay of the Chiefs' offensive game plan. In a game where we expect plenty of action--I'm leaning into the Over.
The Buccaneers have one of the best run defenses in the NFL. To keep pace, the Saints will have to throw the ball successfully. Jameis should eclipse this yardage total. Take the Over.
The Dolphins' defense can get after opposing quarterbacks with exotic blitz schemes. Expect Miami to bring the heat on Lamar on Sunday. Jackson will have to use his legs to keep the defense honest. I'll take the Over.
The Panthers must have learned from their mistakes last week, right? Carolina needs to get C-Mac involved more as a receiver out of the backfield. I'll take the Over.
DJ Moore is one of the better receivers in the league. He has been hampered by poor QB play his entire career. This week will be a better showing from the Panthers' offense. Take the Over.
Saquon Barkley looked dynamic last week. We know the way to beat the Panthers is to run the ball against their weak front seven. The Giants look for Barkley to carry them in this one. Take the Over.
We wondered if Diontae Johnson would remain a dominant target in the Steelers' offense with a new QB under center. Trubisky targeted Johnson early and often last week. I see no reason to expect Diontae Johnson won't be the primary weapon again this week. Take the Over.
This week is a 'get right' week for the Colts offense that looked sluggish a week ago. Matt Ryan has a field day against a poor Jaguars pass defense. Take the Over.
The Jaguars will struggle to get anything going on the ground in this one. Forced to play from behind, Trevor Lawrence will have to throw the ball a ton. Zay Jones's prop bet is a modest one. Take advantage and take the Over.
Carson Wentz got a variety of playmakers involved last week. Detroit still has their issues on defense. This game has sneaky shoot-out potential. Take the Over.
The prop bet on Amari Cooper is a bitter pill to swallow. The Browns' passing game is nothing to write home about. Cooper remains the primary receiver for the Browns, and this is a low number. Take the Over.
