YTD Record: 1-0 (+1 unit)

New Orleans Saints ML +120

I think the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could be in trouble. At the end of the day, Tom Brady is Tom Brady, and we have no idea if the off the field issues with his wife are going to affect him on the field. What we do know, however, is that for whatever reason this Dennis Allen-led defense has his number. Brady is 0-4 against the New Orleans Saints during his tenure in Tampa Bay -- and the Buccaneers themselves have lost SEVEN straight against the Saints. Brady needs quality offensive line play at this point in his career, and that's a major question mark heading into this game. He's been sacked double-digit times by New Orleans over those four losses -- and his offensive line is in complete shambles. Already down four lineman, new LT Donovan Smith was given the doubtful tag on Friday afternoon and it appears he will also miss this game. That is a scary situation against this New Orleans defense, especially on the road. I'm a Saints backer this season, and despite a rough start to their Week 1 game they actually looked good when they put the game on Jameis Winston's shoulders and let him throw them back into the game. Throwing the ball is how you want to attack this Buccaneers defense, and I think New Orleans should be closer to a favorite at home in Week 2.

Anytime Touchdown Scorers

YTD Record: 1-3 (-0.47 units)

Chase Claypool +230- I feel like the average NFL has completely written off Chase Claypool and I'm not sure why. Was he immature at times last season? Yes. But, this is a guy that scored 9 touchdowns in his first NFL season and the Steelers clearly still want him on their team. People speculated that he could be traded this off-season, but his Week 1 usage would indicate that was never a possibility. He was a huge part of the Steelers offensive game plan. Not only is he a match-up nightmare as the full-time slot reciever, but he also saw SIX carries including one at the goal line. We've seen him score on rush attempts before, and if most other players were given six rush attempts it would be major news. This is a gross game environment against the Patriots, but I love the odds here for Claypool.

Juwan Johnson +330- As I noted last week, I love to have a longer odds TD play each weekend and I'm siding with Juwan Johnson. Johnson is a coverted Wide Receiver that has taken over as the full-time TE (it appears) in New Orleans. He ran the same amount of routes as the WR's in Week 1 -- and was the clear passing option of the TE room. Adam Trautman was being used mainly as a blocker when on the field and Nick Vannett was a healthy scratch. I think he will be on the field a ton against the Bucs, and his 6'4 frame could make him a potential red-zone threat, as well.
