It is that time again! It is time to lock in our favorite prop bets for Week 3.

Today we focus on the late slate at 4 PM, where many intriguing match-ups catch our attention.

TREVOR LAWRENCE- 249.5 Passing Yards: OVER

The development of 2nd-year QB Trevor Lawrence is one of the developing storylines across the NFL. If Lawrence took the next step, the Jaguars are much more formidable for the foreseeable future. I like Lawrence to take his shot at Herbert in a measuring stick game. Take the Over.

CHRISTIAN KIRK- 65.5 Receiving Yards: OVER

If Lawrence is going to eclipse his prop bet, Christian Kirk will eclipse his also. Kirk has been the primary receiver for the Jaguars this season, and Lawrence/Kirk has already developed chemistry in the early season.

AUSTIN EKELER- 57.5 Rushing Yards: OVER

With Justin Herbert playing with injured ribs, anticipate the Chargers leaning on their star RB Austin Ekeler a bit more than usual in this one. I'll take the Over.

MATTHEW STAFFORD- 276.5 Passing Yards: OVER

The Rams began to turn their season around last week with a win over Atlanta. The Rams' passing game should have a field day against the Cardinals' woeful secondary.

ALLEN ROBINSON- 53.5 Receiving Yards: OVER

The Rams are fully aware that to achieve their offensive heights, they must develop more rapport between Stafford and Allen Robinson. Expect A-Rob to be a focal point in this one.

KYLER MURRAY- 285.5 Total Yards: OVER

It won't always look great, but Kyler Murray seems to work his magic. The uptempo approach for the Cardinals' offense helps to wear down defenses over time, so it shouldn't be entirely surprising that Kyler Murray is a better fantasy QB in the 2nd half of games. With his ability to scramble, I'll lean into the Over.

AARON JONES- 98.5 Total Yards: UNDER

The Packers/Buccaneers game could turn into a low-scoring slug-fest. In this game, expect both teams to run a slow pace of play. The Buccaneers lack their usual weaponry on the outside, so they lean on the running game--more on Fournette in a minute. The Packers will have issues establishing the run or any continuity on offense. Take the Under.

LEONARD FOURNETTE- 64.5 Rushing Yards: OVER

Leonard Fournette will be the focal point of the Buccaneers' offense in Week Three. David Montgomery ran for over 100 yards on the Packers last week, and he is not the player Leonard Fournette is. Take the Over.

MARCUS MARIOTA- 248.5 Passing Yards: OVER

DRAKE LONDON- 55.5 Receiving Yards: OVER

KYLE PITTS- 49.5 Receiving Yards: OVER

Let's end this weeks article with an Atlanta Falcon trifecta! The Falcons have been more creative on offense than we thought. Drake London developing as rapidly as he has, has been a revelation. This is a squeaky wheel game for Kyle Pitts, as they need to get their talented 2nd-year TE back on track. I look for the Falcons to air it out against a beatable Seahawks defense. Take the Over on all three prop bets for Atlanta.
