Welcome back to another full Saturday slate of College Basketball. I am ready to attack this slate and find some winners on this loaded Saturday. Let’s take a look at the games I am riding on Saturday.

#10 Texas vs #9 Kansas State (+1)

A monster Big 12 showdown takes place tomorrow for first place in the conference. Kansas State went absolutely crazy in Austin scoring over 100 points and beating the Longhorns earlier this season. The combination of Marquis Nowell and Keyontae Johnson overpowers the Texas guards and the Wildcats bounce back. You can feed me the slight home dog in this matchup to get it done.

Illinois vs Iowa (-3)

The Hawkeyes are a wagon-at-home covering in their last five conference home matchups. Against an inconsistent Illinois team, I love them in this spot. Expect this game to be played at the Hawkeys up and down the pace and for them to light it up from outside. 3 points are quite frankly too small of a number in this matchup not to back the Hawkeyes. 

#23 Miami vs #20 Clemson (-2)

I hope you are starting to notice a trend in this article. I love backing home teams, especially in college basketball where it plays such an important role. Clemson is coming off their worst performance of the year against Boston College. This is the perfect time to take advantage of the small line and fade the public with this pick. Clemson bounces back in a big way at home and covers this small spread of two points.

FIU (+14) vs UAB

Let’s switch up the vibe completely and back to a road mid-major team. No better one than the FIU Golden Panthers who are lowkey another wagon. They are also facing a UAB squad who are coming off their best win of the season against a ranked FAU squad. They are due for a major letdown and FIU has been extremely competitive this season. FIU also upset the Blazers on their home floor earlier this season and is riding a four-game winning streak. Feed me FIU with the big number in this matchup.  

North Carolina vs Duke (-3)

The best rivalry in all sports commences again Saturday afternoon in Durham. Both teams have vastly underperformed this season making this a rare unranked matchup. I think the Blue Devils will be ready to go home and will cover the small spread. North Carolina also is coming off a major disappointing home defeat at the hands of Pittsburgh. I believe the Blue Devils cover at home against their bitter rival.

Marshall vs Louisiana (-1)

Two of the top Sun Belt teams square off in a heavyweight battle. Both squads have been stellar this season with very impressive records. Both teams can score with just about anyone in the country in what should be an awesome game. I like the team in this matchup because they are hotter riding a nine-game winning streak. They have the better shooters to get the job done and cover the spread.

#12 Gonzaga (+3.5) vs #18 Saint Mary’s

Save the best for last with this incredible top-20 matchup for a late-night pay-for-the-drinks play. When was the last time Gonzaga was an underdog in the West Coast Conference? I can’t remember when and think anytime you can get the Zags as a dog you take them. Both teams play completely different styles but I believe the Zags have the athletes overpower Gael's methodical pace. Gonzaga covers and wins this game outright tomorrow to cap off an amazing slate of college hoops.
