MLB Betting 5/30/23 - HR Predictor

Welcome in to a new article for 2023...the HR Predictor! This will be a daily article, where I use my own research to highlight a few names I think are in a great position to hit a homerun on each days slate! These are low unit bets -- between 0.1 and 0.3 units -- with typically high-odds and we will only need to hit one or two a week to make some money! If you're interested in all of my MLB betting and prop picks, plus access to our PrizePicks Predictor, you can sign-up by clicking HERE. With that being said, let's dive in...

UPDATED HR RECORD: 15-46 +$335.00

Note: This unit scale is $100 = 1 unit.

Luis Robert +420

Robert and the White Sox have an amazing match-up tonight against Tyler Anderson. Anderson was once a solid real-life pitcher, but has fallen off a cliff this season and is allowing a .365 wOBA, .224 ISO and 38% hard-hit rate to right-handed batters. He's given up seven homeruns this season, six of which have been from right-handed hitters. Luis Robert has had an up-and-down season to date, but he is still arguably the best hitter in this lineup against lefties and matches up very well in terms of pitch mix. Anderson throws mainly fastball/change-up to righties -- with the two pitches accounting for over 80% of his total pitches this season. Robert owns over a .250 ISO against both pitches, including a team-best .368 mark against fastballs. Chicago has one of the larger team-totals on the board today and I think we could see them hit multiple-HR's on Tuesday evening.
