Welcome in to a new article for 2023...the HR Predictor! This will be a daily article, where I use my own research to highlight a few names I think are in a great position to hit a homerun on each days slate! These are low unit bets -- between 0.1 and 0.3 units -- with typically high-odds and we will only need to hit one or two a week to make some money! If you're interested in all of my MLB betting and prop picks, plus access to our PrizePicks Predictor, you can sign-up by clicking HERE. With that being said, let's dive in...
UPDATED HR RECORD: 18-56 +$389.00

Sanchez and the Padres are installed with a huge 5.5 team total tonight against Patrick Corbin. Corbin once again is struggling with right-handed hitters this season, and San Diego will be able to send six powerful righties to the plate on Friday night. Among those powerful righties is Gary Sanchez, who is in the midst of a vintage Sanchez season. Seemingly out of nowhere, he has seven homeruns in 76 at-bats and is among the team-leaders in isolated power. A lot of his damage comes against lefties, with him sporting a huge .429 ISO and 75% hard-hit rate. Corbin gives up hard-hits in bunches to righties, and Sanchez matches up very well against his pitch mix. We don't have a huge sample size of them squaring off, but it's not surprising that he has a homerun off him in just two career at-bats. I believe there to be value on any right-handed Padre that makes tonight's lineup.
