Welcome in to a new article for 2023...the HR Predictor! This will be a daily article, where I use my own research to highlight a few names I think are in a great position to hit a homerun on each days slate! These are low unit bets -- between 0.1 and 0.3 units -- with typically high-odds and we will only need to hit one or two a week to make some money! If you're interested in all of my MLB betting and prop picks, plus access to our PrizePicks Predictor, you can sign-up by clicking HERE. With that being said, let's dive in...
UPDATED HR RECORD: 24-71 +$580.00

Luis Severino will toe the rubber tonight against the buzzsaw that is the Atlanta Braves, and I would feel like I was living wrong if I didn't bet on a Braves bat tonight. Sevy has fallen off and been a disaster for the Yankees this season -- while he's also struck out just 18% of batters faced over the last 30 days. He isn't as bad as his near 10.00 ERA over that same span indicates, but it's clear he's a shell of his former self right now. He's allowing well over a .200 ISO to both sides of the plate this season, and surrendered 18 homeruns in total...10 to lefties and 8 to righties. Harris doesn't have as much pop as some of his teammates, but he's more than capable of a longball -- he last homered on 8/1 when he hit two in the same game. He matches up well against Severino's pitch mix, and has been locked in at the plate. He trails only Matt Olson on this team in barrel-rate over the last 14 days -- his 16% rate ranks top-30 in all of baseball over that timeframe.
