For second time this season, Minnesota could not deliver an over in a home game.
The Vikings fell short against Kansas City, 27-20, last Sunday as I had over at 52.5 points. Minnesota cost me an over play in their loss to the LA Chargers when it failed to score into the red zone twice.
Lesson learned and let’s move to NFL Week 6 – Danny’s Best Bets.
Last Week: 3-2 (.600)
Overall: 14-11 (.560)

Now onto NFL Week 6 – Danny’s Best Bets.
The Bengals have won the last two matchups in Cincinnati by the same score, 27-24.
In the teams’ last five games, they have combined to average 46.6 points a game and both teams have seen their offenses gain their footing.
The Seahawks have averaged 32.7 points since their loss to the Rams in their season opener, while Joe Burrow and the Bengals got healthy last week vs. Arizona, scoring 34 points.
Since his return from suspension, Kamara has been the workhorse in the Saints backfield, averaging 24 touches in his two games.
In his only career game vs. the Texans, Kamara shredded them, going for 97 yards rushing and 72 yards receiving.
Plus, the game total for this game has moved up to 42.5, which should be a good sign for more offense.
Detroit has won its last three visits to Tampa, but the Buccaneers have won the last two matchups overall.
So why am I taking Tampa Bay?
Both teams have been excellent against the spread this season. The Lions are 4-1, while the Buccaneers are 3-1.
It comes down to me wanting to be different than the public who are all over the Lions – so you can say this is a gut play.
I believe the Cardinals can keep this game competitive.
Arizona has been in every game except in its loss to San Francisco.
The Rams defense is not the same as in years past, and the Arizona Josh Dobbs-led offense is adequate enough to hang four quarters.
That’s leads me to my other pick.
Stafford has averaged more than 290 yards passing a game this season, despite last week’s 222-yard performance.
Then he has Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Kupp returned from a hamstring injury and didn’t miss a beat last week. Nacua gives Stafford a strong second option if Kupp is covered as the first option.
In a competitive game, Stafford should pass for more than 300 yards.
