Well, it was nice to get two wins last week but my slide has lasted two weeks now.
I have a good feeling my NFL Week 8 – Danny’s Best Bets are going to have a fruitful week.
Last week could have seen me plod through another 1-4 week, but thanks to Kansas City scoring a late fourth-quarter touchdown saved me on the over the 47.5. The Chiefs won, 31-17.
Last Week: 2-3 (.400)
Overall: 17-18 (.486)

Now onto NFL Week 8 – Danny’s Best Bets.
The line for this contest started with the Titans as the favorites but has flipped after QB Ryan Tannehill was ruled out.
Tennessee will use both Malik Willis and Will Levis at QB vs. the Falcons.
However, don’t look past the Titans.
Tennessee is 2-0 ATS the spread at home this season and are 2-1 vs. the Falcons all-time in their games since the Titans moved to Nashville. And the Titans’ only loss was 10-7.
And let’s not forget Mike Vrabel coached teams are 11-6 outright and ATS as home underdogs.
Since his return from suspension, Kamara has seen 39 targets, including 22 in the last two games.
He has recorded 12 and 7 receptions, respectively, in the last two games.
In his only game vs. the Colts, he had five catches, and if Derek Carr continues to check down, Kamara will see pass after pass after pass.
I’m expecting plenty of offense in this one.
In their last two meetings in Dallas, the Cowboys and the Rams have combined for 65 points in each game.
Plus, Dallas has averaged 34.8 points a game in their last five matchups at home vs. Rams.
Akers has faced the Cowboys twice in his short career. In those two matchups, he’s ran for 65 and 90 yards as the RB1.
He’s currently the RB2 with the Vikings but he received the key RB touches late in last week’s upset of San Francisco. He finished with 10 rushes for 31 yards.
His snap count share has fluctuated since his arrival in Minnesota but he saw his most snaps (27) last week for a 39 percent snap share.
Alexander Mattison played only 37 snaps last week. Akers is closing the gap.
Since his NFL debut vs. the Eagles, McLaurin has continued to play well against the Commanders’ NFC East rival.
He had two 100-yard games vs. Philly last season and finished with 8 catches for 86 yards in a matchup earlier this month.
He has averaged 87.1 yards receiving a game in his career vs. the Eagles.
