What’s up Karma Nation! Welcome to my first edition of my Prop Bets article. In this article I will be outlining one of my favorite Prop bets of the day. Kyle Hendricks OVER 4.5 Strikeouts +120 2 units:

Even though we are getting +120 for this prop bet it is still an amazing play. You can get it at other bookies for – money so we are getting a lot of value on this play. Last season Hendricks appeared in 23 games where he pitched for at least 5 innings. He threw for at least 5 Ks in 16 of those games. Our Data Dashboard expert Luke has him projected for 6.13 strikeouts. The Brewers struggle making contact with the ball which will lead to more strikes. They rank 5th worst in contact% and are in the top half of the league in SwStr%, which is swing and a miss over total pitches (% of swings missed). Hendricks has a 7.63 k/9. As a team Brewers batters rank 7th worst in k% at 24.8%. The Brewers are also starting 3 lefties in the lineup today. Hendricks K% is much higher on lefties than rights. He has a 24% K% against lefties while a 18% K% against righties. This extra boast should help him reach his over.
