Josh James OVER 5.5 Ks +108 2 units to win 2.16 units (Astros): Josh James is coming off one start where he pitched 3 innings and recorded 5 Ks. James is coming in with one of the highest k% in the league up at 38%. He is facing 7 high k% batters, over 21%. This is a risky play with how well the angels have batted this year but even though they have a high contact% the batters still have such a high k%. He has a 14.7 k/9 over the last two years and he is projected for 5 IPs. At that rate he should get around 8 ks in 5 innings. This matchup is a little tough so he should fall below. The angels have an implied of 4 runs so as long as they don’t come early and pull James he should go over.
