Joey's MLB Prop Bets Tuesday 10/06

NBA: 17-20 +6.82 units

WNBA: 16-8 +16.17 units

Framber Valdez UNDER 5.5 Ks +101 1 unit to win 1.01 units: I don’t normally like going for + money pitching props but this is as good as they get and it’s barely at + money prop. So, I will break my rule. Valdez has had a great season, but faces a tough matchup today. This Oakland lineup will feature only five guys with a K% over 20%. Despite Framber’s 23.5% k% this season, he has a 27% k% for lefties and a 22% K% for righties. The A’s will have seven righties and two lefties. However, one of the lefties has the lowest k% on the team and hits Curve balls at the highest contact % on the team. Curveballs are Framber’s best pitch. He has a 45% whiff% and throws it 40% of the time to lefties. Framber rarely throws fastballs, so he is best suited to attack teams that are amazing at fastballs but struggle against specialty pitches which the A’s don’t. Pitchers have had short leashes all playoffs and with the A’s potential to rattle off hits today we could see him get pulled earlier than normal. I like this game in general to be a high scoring game, 85% of the money is on over 8.5 runs as well.
