October Records:

NBA: 4-3 +2.6 units

MLB: 2-0 +2.01 units

NFL: 5-5 -1.54 units

Total: 10-8 +2.07 units

September Record: 58-48 +25.91 units

All Prop lines are based on Draftkings Sportsbook. Lines may vary based on time you are reading this or if you are using a different bookie.

Clayton Kershaw under 6.5 Ks +128 1 unit to win 1.28 units: Since Kershaw won his first Cy Young in 2011, he has appeared in 30 playoff games. He has gone over this number 11 times, with 7 of them coming before 2016. Since 2017 he has pitched in 17 playoff games. He has gone over 6.5 Ks 4 out of those 17 games and is now labeled a playoff choker. He has also pitched in five world series games in his career and went over 5 Ks once, going for 11 Ks in the 2017 WS, with a 9.0 K/9 and a 25% k%. If you exclude his 11 K game, he has a 7.2 k/9 and 19%. He just doesn't seem to have it in the playoffs. The matchup does worry me a little because Rays have struggled with sliders this season, having six guys in their lineup with a whiff% of 30% or more against sliders. I am only taking this bet because we are getting + money on it and there is more than a 50% chance he goes under so the value is there. This postseason he has gone over 6.5 Ks once and that was against the Brewers, who have one of the worst K% in the league.
