Zach’s weekly NFL Sunday Blitz Report is – The game within the game – or your weekly guide to help you decide what to target within each NFL Sunday game. Week 14 Recap

Week 14 was a great week for the Blitz Report. Spreads went 3-2 with the Ravens, Seahawks and Eagles cashing, Eagles I even recommended as +300 + dogs, “if the Eagles defense plays like it did two weeks ago against the Seahawks, Eagles should be within range to cover, and I think even win.” Raiders and Packers were the two misses, as Raiders was too square-sharp of a pick, and Packers I even admitted a late back door cover by Stafford was the way we lose, exactly as it happened.

Live Bets went 1-0-1 as I am grading Texans live play a push for this reason – if you follow me on Twitter, I was pounding the table to take Bears, as I had late Saturday early Sunday clarity, which is why I tend to like to secure most bets until later in the week. In fact, I even gave out Bears -3.5 Alt line parlay with Eagles +3.5 and Ravens ML. a +900 winner. So the Blitz Report may have cost you a -110 bet on Texans spread when down, but if actually following our trades in discord, you would have made that up by at least 3 times. I also recommended getting Chargers or Falcons down 7, and that would have hit with ease as neither side was worth playing out front.

Exotics went 3-1 with the lone loser being to tease the Jags to cover the Titans. The three hits were Tampa Bay, KC and the under in the Washington game.

Totals finally performed perfectly again going in easy 2-0 with the Giants under and the Panthers over.

Game of the Week ended up as a push, as the game script was right on the hedge, but not on the lead out. Steelers was the wrong side, but should have escaped with a push if tailed.

Featured Spread Play

Seattle @ Washington

Haskins is starting, and Seattle just had their dud game 2 weeks ago vs the Giants. Washington did not score an offensive TD vs 49ers, so if getting under 7, have to take Seattle. I wouldn’t be surprised if Seattle wins by 30 here. And even if close, it probably mirrors that Eagles/Seahawks game, minus the hail mary TD cover.

Featured Total Play

San Francisco @ Dallas

I have this score being over 21-24, and so anything over 45 is a must take all the way up to 48. Cowboys Defense still stinks, and once 49ers get a 10+ point lead, I expect Cowboys to take more shots down field, as Andy Dalton is capable of doing.

Featured Exotic Play

Browns @ Giants

Giants are banged up at DB, QB, TE now and Browns might be getting some defenders back. This is a huge mismatch, especially with what has been a hobbled Danny Dimes. If Browns play mistake free, they will win going away, but just to be safe Browns at even is a great bet.

Featured Live Play

Kansas City @ New Orleans

Both these teams are going to score, and we may see some serious volatility. I think either team that goes down 10+ points is a side to take on the comeback and hedge the other way for a nice middle opportunity. I lean a Saints outright victory even without Michael Thomas.

Off Play

Lions @ Titans

Stafford’s status is concerning, so no point in getting cute either way.

Game of the Week

Eagles @ Cardinals

Maybe Eagles get blown out here, but I am a believer in Jalen Hurts the rest of this season. Cardinals are going to get their points with 3 starting DB’s out for Eagles, but I think Hurts and their running game can keep it within striking distance or on the comeback catch a cover if go down. I also think an Eagles win is live here and if follow in the discord I played Eagles +680 to win the division, and with a loss here I still think that is live to hit. Getting Eagles Spread live, an inflated money line, and look to middle with Cards if Cards go down is the way to go.

Cheat Sheet

Quick note on the Cheat Sheet, even if a game or side is marked with a clear SPREAD, TOTAL or EXOTIC etc., it does not mean there aren’t other viable options. Sometimes I will note that there are in fact more than one option worth considering.
