Joey's NBA Prop Bets Tuesday 02/09

We were betting lighter to start the season but we can start becoming a lot more confident in our plays moving forward. Early season NBA is always annoying.

 

Joe Harris OVER 13.5 Points -120 2.40 units to win 2 units: Joe Harris is able to take advantage whenever one of the “Big 3” is out for the Nets, and tonight should be no different. Harris has gone over 13.5 points in all but one game this season with one of them out. That came in a game where Kyrie went for 38 points in a slow-paced game against the Cavs. In the other seven games, Harris is averaging 18.7 PPG game. It makes sense, lose a top scorer, someone needs to step up. Teams think they only need to give attention to Harden and Irving, then Harris is wide open for easy 3 pointers.

 

The Nets get a matchup against the Detriot Pistons tonight. The Pistons play at the 25th highest pace in the league but are in the bottom third for defensive rating this season. This game only has a 6.5 point spread so we have little risk of a blowout. The only way I see this game getting out of hand is if Harris has an amazing game and the Pistons can’t keep up with scoring. This should lead to an easy over tonight.
