Frank's NHL Dice Roll-2/13

Frank Sofia

Welcome to my latest edition of the NHL dice roll. I strive to spotlight betting angles to exploit, and taking a look at today's schedule, there are 20 teams taking to the ice. When I find a wager that I feel strong enough to play myself, I post it on Bet Karma.
There have been many features just added to the Bet Karma site. Make sure to check out: betting trendslive odds page, and our prop predictor.
You can also find all of Bet Karma's staff bets through our Premium Package.

My last dice roll went 2-1
Season record 10-7, +3.81 units.
Let's look at who I like from tonight's packed NHL slate:
(all lines shown are from DraftKings Sportsbook)

Tampa Bay/Florida O 5.5 goals (-117)/Play 1.17 units to win 1 unit.

Both these teams have shown an ability to score. Tampa Bay is second in the NHL with a 3.67 goals per game average. Florida ranks 13th, averaging 3.27 goals per contest. If it seems like all the battle for Florida bragging rights' games are high scoring, they have been lately. The over has cashed in seven of the last eight games played between these two teams, along with 11 of 13 following Florida's 5-2 victory on Thursday night.

Montreal/Toronto U 6.5 goals (-1.21)/Play 1.21 units to win 1 unit.

Toronto is perceived as a team that gives up a lot of goals. Perception is not reality in this case. The Maple Leafs hold the 8th best goals against average, giving up just 2.57 per contest. The Canadians goaltending has kept them in almost every game this season as they have only given up an average of 2.64 goals/game so far this season. Both teams have also played to the under in their last three games coming into this one.

Best of luck and enjoy the NHL schedule today.
